• Check all concrete tile roofs for loose or ctacked tiles, or light that may be coming through inside the roof space.

• Check all metal roofs for corrosion particularly on sheet laps and metal flashings.

• Check all dektites and flashings around vent pipe penetrations coming through the roof.

• Check guttering and downpipes to make sure they’re free of any blockages
